What's been your experience joining and integrating into the Next15 team?
Joining the Next15 team as an international student was a pivotal moment in my career. The company's ethos of inclusivity and diversity meant that my background was seen as an asset, and my opinions were valued from the outset. The team's flexibility allowed me to work part-time while completing my MSc in Marketing Strategy and Innovation, demonstrating their commitment to supporting my academic and professional journey. The most rewarding aspect of working at Next15 is the recognition of my efforts and the opportunities to grow. The freedom to express my thoughts and contribute uniquely to our projects is incredibly fulfilling, even though sometimes nerve wrecking as I usually the youngest one in the room.

It's been an exceptionally welcoming experience. My colleagues have promoted an environment thats encouraged exploration, affording me time to find my feet whilst ensuring I am comfortable and well-oriented within the team.

Plenty. It's difficult to list them all, but it has included professional advice and guidance on how to steer my career, where to focus my skills, and also directing me to the right resources and individuals within the company to support my work.
What do you find most rewarding about working at N15?
Observing individuals' reactions to our innovative solutions and being involved in the development of cutting-edge tech to construct novel, exciting applications is incredibly rewarding.

I had a really positive experience when I first started at Next15. My team were so welcoming, helpful and supportive so it was easy to integrate quickly into N15 and pick up the systems and processes. Everyone was approachable and open to sharing their knowledge and experiences.

Make it better' resonates as Next15 supports individuals to experiment and improve ways of working. You don't feel like you're stuck in rigid processes, you're given the autonomy and confidence to test and learn. Additionally 'Be Human' is an important value in the HR team, and guides how we work with our brands.

I've had support from all team members when I've asked for more opportunities and training. I've never been told I can't do something, and I've always had support in my career progression.

The people are the most rewarding part of N15, being able to work with a positive and hard-working team, as well as being able to provide support across the different brands.

The North American Next 15 team is a small team , however my supervisor Elicia Chaney has always made it easy to come to her with any questions, concerns I may have. If she doesn't have the answer, she will definitely look into it for you.

I've worked for various companies over the years & Next 15 is the first company I've worked for who genuinely cares about the well being and mental health of their employees.
