MHP Group, a leading integrated communications consultancy and a valued member of the Next 15 family, has acquired Studio La Plage, an award-winning creative agency known for its innovative content creation.

Acquisition Overview

MHP Group, has enhanced its creative communications services by welcoming Studio La Plage into its fold. This strategic acquisition creates a formidable creative content capability, augmenting MHP Group’s full-service communications offering.

Studio La Plage has a storied history, originating from a Shoreditch gallery and evolving into a studio that marries art with data science to produce exceptional creative outputs.

The agency's expertise spans four key sectors—Health, Financial Services, Technology, and Luxury—which align seamlessly with MHP Group’s client base, including prominent names like Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, BlackRock, and Pottermore Publishing.

As part of MHP Group’s accelerated growth strategy, this move follows investments in new specialist capabilities, such as Change and Employee Engagement and the Brand Strategy team ‘Reverb’.

With this acquisition, the combined entity boasts annual revenues of around £40 million and serves a diverse portfolio of 220 clients. The teams have already collaborated successfully on initiatives like the “Destination Nuclear” national recruitment campaign.
